Delivery and return policy

All orders are shipped from our Singapore atelier within 2-3 business days of payment, by international express courier with full tracking.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or write to us at ceo@maisonviure.com — we reply personally.

We want you to love how you feel in Maison Viure. If something isn't right, you may return or exchange your piece within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original condition.

To start a return or exchange, simply email ceo@maisonviure.com with your order number and we will guide you through every step.

Original shipping and any customs duties already paid are non-refundable.

Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or not as ordered.
